Meridian AI S.r.l. ("Meridian"), headquartered in Italy, is the data controller for personal data collected through this website.

We collect: name, work email, company, and role when you submit the demo form. If you use LinkedIn OAuth, we receive your name, email, and headline from your LinkedIn profile. We do not collect browsing data through tracking cookies.

Purpose of Processing

Data is processed exclusively for: (1) managing your demo request, (2) Meridian product communications, (3) legal obligations.

Legal Basis

Processing is based on consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) to respond to demo requests.

Data Retention

Personal data is retained for a maximum of 24 months from the request. You may request deletion at any time.
